What are tokens?
Tokens are the currency used within DMAI to generate content. Each AI generation (image, video, upscale) costs a certain number of tokens depending on the model and settings. Your subscription plan includes monthly tokens, and you can purchase additional token top-ups at any time.
How do crypto payments work?
We accept cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments. When you purchase a token package, you select your preferred cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL, and many more). A payment invoice with a QR code and wallet address is generated. Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain, tokens are automatically added to your account.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we cannot offer refunds on completed token purchases. However, unused tokens never expire and carry over month to month. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using your tokens, please contact our support team.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept over 100 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), and many more. You can select your preferred currency at checkout.
Do unused tokens expire?
Top-up tokens never expire. Subscription tokens are refreshed monthly — any unused subscription tokens at the end of your billing period do not carry over, but your top-up balance remains intact.
How much does each generation cost?
Costs vary by model: standard image generation starts at 1 token, premium models cost 2 tokens, video generation ranges from 4-15 tokens depending on the model and duration, and upscaling costs 1-2 tokens. Full pricing details are shown in the generator before you create.
