DMCA Policy

1. Overview
DMAI respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the DMAI platform.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on DMAI infringes your copyright, please send a written notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it on our Service
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate
3. DMCA Agent
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at dmca@dmai.app. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send a counter-notification to our DMCA agent including your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
5. Repeat Infringers
DMAI will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
